Hypnobirthing
The Hypnobirthing course is delivered across four, 2-hour sessions and costs £235, the sessions would be delivered via Zoom or face-to-face in Hartford, Cheshire depending on your preference.
If you feel that a personalised course would suit you better, we offer a bespoke one-day course at £335, which would be delivered face-to-face in Hartford, Cheshire, or in your own home.
Birth Partner attendance is encouraged on both courses, to book your Hypnobirthing course, please complete the registration form and we will come back to you to schedule a suitable date.
Birth Trauma 3-Step Rewind
The course is taught over 3x separate sessions which usually last between 60-90 minutes each. The course can be delivered either face-to-face or via ZOOM.

Birth Preparation Treatment
A course of 3 treatment sessions is recommended. Birth preparation treatments can be booked from 37 weeks in your pregnancy, right up until the birth of your baby. Appointments take place in the comfort of your own home. Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for each birth preparation session.
